We had a bit of a backup problem with our plumbing. Called Horizon Plumbing and they were at our property within the hour. Gabriel came out to snake out our sewage clean out. He was fast, efficient, and very knowledgeable. He kept us updated through the whole process. As a bonus, he even helped us to clear out a few of our sink lines as well. Recommend Horizon Plumbing to anyone needing their plumbing serviced.

Neo and Nolan were our techs for the day to install a brand new water heater switching from a 30 one from 1987 to a 2025 natural gas 40. I'm so happy and more well versed which I like to learn from techs from all walks of industry. Dear Jessica, again, I'm sorry for going with another company for our HVAC system. 7 years later, I'm all pro Horizon for all things.... bougie and comfy and high quality. Neo and Nolan, thanks for entertaining my 5 year old daughter and accepting her drawing of Mulan.

Plumbers replace corroded tub/shower diverter and when pressure was fixed, it forced leaks on the faucet valves. The plumbers replaced the diverter valve cartridges, and now all is leak free.

Gabriel and Noles came out and got my sewer line working. They worked hard and got it handled!

Bryan and Marquez really did well cleaning up the vents. They were very efficient! Our winter wont be called anymore.

Copy, Tyrrell were very professional. I asked many questions and they took the time to walk me through all instructions. They were very kind, respectful, funny. I felt safe. I love the new water heater.

Our Heater decided to go out just before the storm. I called Horizon and Ann hooked us up right away and on the first day we were back in service. Brayan and Kyian had us set up while we waited for the part to come in. They were professional, showed me everything they were doing what was wrong and changed my filter out to boot. Thank you!

There was availability in their schedule today while I was home so they called and asked if they could come over this afternoon rather than next week: Absolutely!Coby knocked on our door, was very polite, easygoing, and got right to work on our backed-up garbage disposal. He was very efficient, was done and cleaned up, swept, everything, well within an hour. Very pleased with this young mans knowledge and work.

Our technician Brayan was very informative, polite and determined to fix my furnace.

Brayan and Kylian serviced my furnace today and lit the pilot in my gas heater in the garage. I was very pleased at how well they worked together. They were diligent and professional. In addition, Brayan was able to answer questions about additional service I was considering. I was thinking along one line, but based upon what I already had in my house, he recommended that I add an additional vent in my living room to provide better heating and to consider air conditioning for better cooling. I definitely will look into this.

After a few months of repairs, leaks, and part replacements, Gabriel competently got our boiler system working well. We're impressed with Horizon's timely response and communication. The team seem pretty good at their jobs, especially Gabriel, and persistent at figuring out what is wrong.

Brayan was fantastic!! He allowed me to observe the entire visit, and he was efficient, competent, organized and methodical in his work - and he cleaned up afterwards so that I could hardly tell he had been there!! I will request him for future preventive maintenance - thank you!!

Every time I am in need of plumbing service, I call Horizon! The owners are amazing! The care they put into out community does not go unnoticed! When you call the office, you speak to a very polite staff member named Ann Marie, she is so helpful and polite that it makes you feel more at ease. I have never had to wait an unnecessary amount of time and they are always available to assist us. I have been blessed to have had amazing workers come and do the jobs we have requested, but there is one individual who exceeds expectations, a young man named Coby, he is the most polite, efficient and thorough worker I have seen or experienced. He comes in, greets you with manners (good morning, no sir, please, thank you and always in a good mood). I will always use this company not only for the owners but their staff!
